Why are the cars left hand drive, when its an australian testing service and its for australians to drive if they want one ?

First crash why does the bonnet stick out like that really kinda not supposed to

@ 2:16 mark system did not stop the car kept going ? HUM wonder why ?

Why no car manufacturer has made full over the shoulder harness as seat belts, instead of the lap and only one shoulder seat belt, its been so long like that its not funny, other than hi end sport cars which do have full race type harnesses, so basically you have to spend to buy a lambo etc, to get a race harness, also they have air bags as well ?
Even if they have the shoulder seat belt but a Y type stitching which has the upper part stitched with two over the shoulder covers so that the upper part of the torso is stopped from moving forwards and connected to the lap seat belt as well. :)

And also forgot to point out the straight front lol should save it for actual fulltime last as it is then considered a waste of a test and also is the 32 kmh crash test should be 80 or more
