Biden warns China’s Xi Jinping of ‘consequences’ of backing Russian invasion

U.S. President Joe Biden used a two-hour video call with Chinese President Xi Jinping to warn him about the ‘consequences’ if China provides material support to Russia. It’s unclear what those consequences could be, but the White House hasn’t ruled out sanctions.
