Katherine & Denise - Strange and Beautiful (The Paradise)

Most of you probably don't watch this show so just go with it.

So, I wanted to celebrate the fact that I absolutely hate Moray and the writing of this show is just.. ugh.. (not that my video is better, it's probably worse) but I enjoy the costumes, the pretty things and actually am interested what's gonna happen next on this show, so I made a little AU fanfic about Kat and Denise (edit - I absolutely hate the video now, I really think it's bad)

STORY:

Denise is working in The Paradise and wants to have all the pretty things and notices Katherine who is embodiment of everything Denise wants to be. She also develops feelings for her, not even knowing. Katherine sees Denise and is fascinated by her and as she has always got what she wanted, she wants Denise. She writes a letter to Denise, asking to meet her in secret, Denise tries to go but Miss Audrey catches her and they don't meet. Katherine is angry and sad because she thinks Denise doesn't want her, and goes to her but sees Denise in wedding veil and loses her patience. Being spoiled, vengeful and spiteful as Katherine is, she wants to hurt Denise and starts relationship with Moray. Denise sees them together and is sad because she had genuinely liked Katherine.

Yeah! I am absolutely in love with the dresses and aesthetics of this show, it's very pretty, although I couldn't care less about most characters! HAve you read the book, it's awesome ^_^ Thanks much! It was intended to have dreamy quality i'm so happy ppl notice it, <3

Yes, I have read the book, some years ago. It's very different. I love most of the character's actually, thou not Katherine, but that's because of poor writing. She's kind of all over the place, like they can't make up their mind who she is as a person. Oh well...
Oh and you're welcome, of course, I really love this video, it's something original and different :)

Yeah, I'm fond of the book, too, but I'm glad the show is taking a different route, actually. Again, it's something different :D
I love the focus on shipping, but I do agree that Denise's declaration of love came out of nowhere. One moment she was living her life and he was living his and the next it was all "I love you!" but I still ship them. I love Miss Audrey and the girls, too! And Arthur, bless him!
Why aren't you fond of Moray? He's swimming in charisma ;)

I know i haven't seen the show, but i do kinda remember knowing about it from a video that my friend KT-XxBrlyxX made with the show :) & also, this video is AWESOME and i love the song :)))

[2] yeah, Katherin's behaviour absolutely can be explained by her being spoiled and I sympathize with her, but that's part of the reason I don't like her, I see too much of myself in her and all my less attractive qualities at that, lol :)

Oh well I guess I'm just too fond of the book. In show I would have liked that it more centers around Denise and her career and dreams, not Denise/Moray, i think that kinda comes out of nowhere besides I'm not that fond of Moray but I love Pauline and Mrs Audrey, and Clara too. Katherine, well, you have a point although most of the stuff she does I can explain by being spoiled. I like her though.
