honestly most people i know (including myself) have gotten into HR by largely fabricating. It is how most get a chance which is ironic when it comes to human resources haha. I will say this though... if you do largely fabricate, BE a FAST learner because most of these jobs will not train you. They expect you to know all of it due to how expensive training can be! Had me and many others not largely fabricated, we wouldn't have gotten a chance at all. Do what you gotta do!

I love this!! I have a master's degree in HR and have always had HR related duties in my leadership role, but without the title. Could I still sit for the certification? I would definitely invest in this area. I was looking for the links you mentioned but I didn't see them.
