I want to switch to tech so bad 😭 I’m soooo burnt out on my current role in HR. I do not enjoy constantly being the face and main point of contact even when people could get immediate answers to their questions by instead reaching out to the COE like payroll or benefits on things. I run so many reports which is fine but to be running the reports on top of trying to manage FMLA, ADA, ER, etc for 37 companies is ridiculous
