I got my first debit card when I was 15 from UnionBank of the Philippines.

Get the schools first debit card, it gives you 3.49% every month of whatever you have in your account. The only catch is you lock your money and can only access it once a year. But if you have 1000$ every month you'll be making 35$ a month and each time you'll get a little bit more added to the 3.49%.
