Awesome and quick presentation. just to cross check.. if we use the template with reference content blocks we don't need to edit the mail in the JB but the changes we make in the content block in the content builder will directly reflect in the emai without touching the email in JB.. is that a correct assumption.

Great video. When you are adding emails to your journey, would it be considered best practice to build them first in Content Builder or do you build them as you go in JB? As a newbie, I am finding it confusing on where to build emails and the multiple ways that you can test emails with data extensions. Would love a video on this!

I have question -
I have created a welcome journey using API Event to fire the journey once the user enters into the journey after 24 hours I am sending a reminder email to those users whos account confirmed still False. For checking this I am using the Decision split,
Path 1 account_confirmed is equal to True ( Exit from the journey)
Path 2 account_confirmed is equal to False ( Send Reminder email)

Account_confirmed is a text field store True and False value.

The problem is - My decision split is not working after 24 everyone is receiving the reminder email even there Account confirmed status is True. All the user's whos having Account confirmed status is True. I want them to remove from the journey. Any idea why it is not working?
I tried account_confirmed is equal to True account_confirmed contains True.

I expect the users who're account_confirmed is equal to False exit from the journey.
