It's odd that some people seem to be on the side of the sex offender, rather than Olivia's just because they dislike her for whatever reason. Strange.

I'm getting nasty vibes from Trevante Rhodes and Augusto Aguilera. When they talk about the controversy, it's forced and superficial. Seems like they actually support Shane Black but are doing an interview with Olivia Munn in order to prevent the backlash from fans.

There are so many people here defending a CHILD abuser, it's sickening. That's a fucking problem. It's not right, it's never fucking ok to do what you would do with a person you liked to a CHILD. At 14yo - you are a CHILD - no matter how look, or how you speak, or how you behave, you are a CHILD. No fucking way these creeps will continue to defend freely and openly as they are all over this thread. Anyone defending child abusers should be reported immediately!

I feel bad for Olivia bc she was isolated for doing the right thing, even now you can tell her costars don’t care

Olivia did the right thing, and kudos for her for still promoting the film regardless of being thrown shade by many of the cast and crew.

I feel ashamed to be a man, those two men are cowards.. respect for Olivia munn..

Olivia is busy and hard at work raising the bar regarding sexual disrespect, violations and being associated with that unwittingly. I continue to have the highest level of respect for her work and her humanity.

She felt lonely that day and that is what bravery costs sometimes. But how many abuse victims feel that lonely during and after their abuse, for many years. Olivia has their back by speaking out on their behalf, hopefully preventing at least some of it in the future.

So in the interviews after moonlight, i was so impressed by trevante Rhodes he seems so emotionally intelligent and smart and it was so refreshing to read interviews by him. This is disappointing

Odd that she says none of her costars had her back

Your silence isn’t for sale. Ok, I can dig that but I can’t help but feel by putting your head above the parapet you’ve shot yourself in the foot. Rightly or wrongly, whistleblowers aren’t popular and get viewed as trouble makers. Who wants to employ a trouble maker? I can see limited roles for u in future. Of course the powers that be won’t discriminate openly, you’ll be quietly passed over. Sorry, it’s a tough world out there.

Shame on these men trying to promote their career rather calling a spade a spade. The director was wrong and that was a blatant slap on the face of the victims.

Im glad she spoke up. the movie was going to flop regardless. Its 2018, Im glad shes being a role model for women every where. if you feel uncomfortable doing a scene, speak up. if you feel uncomfortable how a situation went about, speak up. Anyone who doesn't support what she did and rather she left it under the wrong must have never been in a situation where they were forced to do something against their will.

Some of the best 6 months of my youth was a study exchange to the US and an internship which included working on G4. AOTS had a great vibe as a workplace and 95% of that was because of OM. We all got to know Olivia, she was like all the crews best funny mate. Open, kind, relaxed, hilarious and not a hint of diva. At 1:41 her expression tells me all I need to know about these pathetic excuse of men.

I think what we see here is that they were going to release the movie and doing all the press for it which would have helped their career as well, but suddenly Olivia munn brought that up and the entire focus of their work suddenly became about this, and they also feel like Olivia threw the entire movie and the rest of the cast under the bus. so i think they are a bit bitter about this cause now they also feel strong armed into this and now every press they have to address this so not to hurt their career.

Agree with some others on here. The co-stars seem to not have really provided much support of Munn. In fact, I hope Trevante's acting is better in the movie...? In my opinion she's got bigger balls than both of them. Perhaps they don't feel they've "made it" yet and are trying to stop any hemorrhaging of future potential jobs. Lame. Brava Munn. It takes a sh*t ton of courage to so what's right and speak out. Your future will be better for it. I admire you for what you've done and the bravery I know it takes to speak out on such issues.

I’m curious if any producer tried to silence Munn.

Should have casted Chris Hansen in this movie by the looks of it.

I'm so glad she spoke out. That shows integrity and honour and keeping to your values even when your platform as a celebrity might cause you to be ousted by your industry peers. I heard her other costars, Sterling K Brown and Boyd Holbrook, also spoke out in support so I'm happy she has people genuinely on her side.

Good job Olivia. Shame on these two a-holes whose morals have been compromised.
