Whats going on with The Predator achievement? - Swarm Disaster v1.3 Hidden Achievement Guide

I've said it before, The Predator achievement is practically impossible to obtain without glitches... but how impossible is impossible? Let's find out.

Both this and the Abundance Achievement are absurd with how much RNG you need to go into your favor to being able to achieve them.

I wonder if Hoyo knows about this absurd rates. It would thematically make sense for path of destruction to make more battles appear in combat domains. Or perhaps they could implement a curio that makes them more frequent.

Nick of Time requires you to get Dice Roll Luck and that is already tricky enough

But The Predator is on another level, you need to be lucky enough on the event, dice roll and of course enemy spawn

Hopefully hoyo fix this and reduced the requirement to 30 battle or something, or else it will be impossible

Managed to get Nick of Time without Ruan Mei, however, wasn't expecting The Predator to be on another level. Also mentioned this problem in their 1.3 Survey.

The Predator achievement
I made a quick analysis of how it was meant to be played imo:
Start with 10 points
+1 for every triple combat domain
0 for every double combat domain
-1 for anything with 1 fight
-2 for every non-fight domain or straight movement

Notes:
This achievement is basically impossible as it is, because double and triple combat domains are way too rare and wastable movements are not enough.
In the abundance achievement, you at least had a chance for a Ruan Mei, here trying to get her wastes 2 turns for each reward domain, and even having 10 cheats does not guarantee combat domains to contain at least 2 enemies, while in the abundance one you could at least see at the start whether the mercy tiles were good or not.
I don't know if the golden cheat counts as a +1, because I couldn't even find any report of people completing this achievement in the intended way in the first place.

I don't know if you saw the other message I left but I just watched this video and thought it was something recent related to G&G. Then I thought that maybe the achievement was tied to a specific die set and then I saw that this was 3 months old. Whoops, hope you had a good laugh.

So you are saying I lost a below 1 % run to a random swarm event that turned all combat tile in swarm tile in my god run where I was missing 3 battle at the end man I hate my life.

the only one who ever did a guide on it was you and it was the trotter glitch that I didn't have anyways
guess I can spend all my time praying for mercy in the abundance achievement grind, , chances of that are way higher

Does completing a battle with the gold dice roll (Immediately gives you the blessing rewards of the domain without fighting) also count as battle won towards the achievement? Because then the probability is at least a bit higher, since you can complete battles without entering the domain.

Does using Acheron count as a victory here, and in fact in anything victory-related? Or does it fly with the "you didn't enter combat so you didn't win" logic? I mean, if we want to get technical, we don't see a victory announcement, just the reward selection screen(s).
