I don't have a dry freezer machine. Can I do it on the dehydrator? How long would it last long-term packaged in glass jars with oxygen absorber?

I tried your recipe, but the ingredients's measurements seemed to come out wrong. The photos of what you put in the slow cooker (pictures of measured ingredients) seemed not what you instructed. Did I do something wrong?
