Celtic did everything they could to bring the Park's Motor Group SWPL trophy to Celtic Park, but fell short after Glasgow City's win over Rangers. Celtic were pushed by Hearts in a competitive game in front of a record domestic crowd, but the home sides' victory gave them a chance of lifting the trophy. In the end, Celtic finished runners-up and qualify for the 2023/24 UEFA Women's Champions League.

One of the most entertaining games of football I’ve watched in the last three decades. Celtic under the management of Fran Alonso have been highly entertaining. Gutted they just missed out but the cup final is next week. I can’t wait to see what this very special team can do in the Champions League next season. Huge credit to the Bhoys and the Greed Brigade for creating the Green Wall in back to back women’s games. The Atmosphere is electric.
