HAM FRIED RICE EXPERIMENT

In this video, I cooked 2 batches of ham fried rice using 2 different kinds of rice to see which is best.

Fried Rice Ingredients:
ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup ham, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
½ cup green onion, chopped (white part separated from the green part)
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons canola oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

I like both left over and newly cooked rice as long as it's a good quality rice. It always makes your fried rice tastier than using not so good kind of rice. I tried the cheap kind of rice and fried rice didn't turn out as good as the better quality rice. I use "3 Ladies Milagrosa" all these time and will never switch to any other brand anymore.

Day old rice is a must for me. Adding an egg and thoroughly mixing it with rice prior to frying prevents the grain from clumping together. Your recipe looks 🔥 btw, Vanjo. Tfs.
