When I was studying way back in 2010 and was 'baptised' in 2015. I am ashamed to say I threw away my coss necklace when I was studying. I fell for their lies, I finally woke up last year after being disfellowshiped. Watching many YouTube videos, researching other sources and watching documentaries I finally woke up. Thank you for your channel it helped me wake up and see scriptures that have not been twisted or changed. Am reading a different translation of the Bible and I realise you only need the Bible and not all these books. Love from the UK.

The Apostle Paul said in his first letter to the Corinthians when talking to them about Communion "For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes". (1 Corinthians Chapter 11 Verse 26). If Jehovah's Witnesses believe Jesus has returned, why are they still observing Communion???

You are wonderful. As a teacher, I've had many JW students who would whisper to me that it was their birthdays. Of course, they told me the couldn't celebrate because it's not in the Bible, which made them very sad. My response has always been: "People in the Bible didn't have calendars."

Absolutely true! And that is what makes their false teaching particularly nefarious; not only do they discourage you from partaking, they actually trick you into refusing to partake so that it becomes your own personal decision to reject Christ. I also saw through this deceit many years ago before leaving the cult. Thank you for touching on this important subject.

I never had a good feeling at the memorial. I was in this evil cult for 19yrs.

The Watchtower version of the Memorial is tragic because scripture doesn't teach that only SOME participate in it and scripture doesn't teach that it is a symbolic only act of faith. Christ meant what he said and said what he meant "This is My Body." And the apostles taught this to their descendants, and the descendants to theirs, until a couple of errant Catholic men in the 16th century said Christendom had universally error'd. Those errant men - the Charlie Russell's of their day, didn't even agree with each on the on the nature of the Lord's Supper. Yet, without explanation, the Watchtower has a bible, with a New Testament canon decided by late 4th century Catholic Bishops: 27 books, no more, no less, out of 300+ early Christian writings. These Bishops all presided over the Mass, believing that through their words of Consecration, the bread and wine became the Resurrected Body and Blood of Christ, just as Jesus himself said. Nothing symbolic or figurative only. That's why the crowds left Christ (Jn 6) and Jesus let them go without correction, and the Jews then wanted to kill him for his "who can take it" words.

This is just another way that Watchtower, led by 8 despicable and evil men, deny the Divinity of Jesus Christ.
