Just Food for thought, I wouldn’t leave it set to fast idle with the chain brake engaged - as it’s trying to engage the clutch and will quickly burn out the clutch.

If you want to fast idle it for a bit, make sure to release the chain brake or take it to normal idle within a second or two.

wondering how long is the blade that you are using? Mine came stock with a 35cm one. Yours seem to be much longer. Probably 45cm?

when you start it at high speeds, do not hold it on the brake, you burn the clutch in this way

My new 211 starts everytime but it sure does take some pulls. My fs94r starts first couple pulls everytime so kinda weird

Can anyone tell me how to keep the cover in place while using it. Seems the vibration removed the cover every time I use it.

Oh go i feel stupid. The choke stays down when the trigger ks pressed. A whole year of not knowing this. The manual is useless though...

anyone know how to ensure the oil pump is seated perfectly (at the correct depth) so its discharge hole lines up w/ the hole that receives the lube? most videos on installing a stihl oil pump say to push it in until it won't go any further but on the ms211 this rule doesn't seem to apply.

Mine is an absolute piece of crap. The compression on it will snap your shoulder out of joint. It’s a bitch to start. Runs well if you’re not worn out from trying to start it. The housing won’t stay on and the bar chain oil port won’t stay on. Piece of crap. I’ve had poulans that were better.

You showed the side of it but when it started we wanted to see the back ! WHere the controls are. Not the side of the bar ! And, you have no eye or hearing protection. I broke sliding door glass. You didn;t even protect your eye sight
