Most hotels have a room number cap of about 4 people due to fire codes, well most hotels I have stayed in for cons. In my cosplay community we have to 6-2-1 rule ( I think there are similar rules else wear). The 6-2-1 Rule is 6 hours of sleep, 2 meals, and one bath/shower per con day.

Usually if we have someone sleep on a couch or something we have them rotate with everyone
