Good but you use terms like " secondary subject" while referring to the second は。It confusing to beginners. Your right but if your going to use this term you should really explain the invisible subject ga. As you've listed a topic marker only, tomo san. Why do Japanese texts and teachers never explain this.

What about 日本語が分かる人が一番いい国は日本です。can you say ...人が一番いい(で)国は日本です。or ...一番いい人で国は日本です。?
