How do I find out what timings were put in by the previous owner of the house?

Eveyday i loose an hour, i have to change it everday and i do set it up exactly like this 👆🏼

Would someone PLEASE tell me how to wake up the screen. It is totally unresponsive to any tapping or long holding. I can see the icons but nothing lights up. This is so complicated.
