Here in Vegas UPS gives out sick days but using them is like calling in, you still get written up as if its a normal missed day, only difference is you get paid.
It makes no sense as after 5th attendance occurance is Termination, but your given more than 5 sick days.

Terrible law. The only PTO that should be legally required should be maternity leave
