I love how the comments are pretty spot on ! She clearly didn’t read the instructions before using . If she did, she would have known what parts to use on her floor.
I just bought this and it was delivered today … haven’t used it yet, BECAUSE I HAD TO READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST!

Please go back and read the instructions THOROUGHLY before leaving a review. The piece that snaps on the bottom is meant to use on the carpet...it helps the unit glide over the carpet. You DO NOT use that piece when steaming hard surfaces. It would have been so much easier and quicker for you, plus lucky you have tile because that would have scratched wood floors!!!

I have this you were supposed to take off the carpet glider when you clean the floors. And use just the microfiber clothes by itself when doing the floors. The double brush tool is for the grout. You can put it on the bottom where the mop head goes too. Or where the tank goes.

I knew something was wrong immediately by the sound of it against your floor. But, I'm really glad to hear it's not heavy, because that's important in my situation. I'm hoping it won't take as long when you have the correct attachments on the mop. Thanks for the video.

You're using it wrong dear.. That Plastic tool is only for carpet, that's why it took so much effort and time on the floor

You can use the grout tool for cleaning specifically between tiles. So not really a con :)

On the pro floor steamer you don’t use the practice guard over the pad when doing hard floors. The plastic guard is used with the pad on carpet

Talking about your grout leaving residue; there is a grout cleaning attachment. The pad picked up dirt from your tile, not the grout. Nobody is judging you for having the same general dirt as everybody else.

Yikes! You left the carpet attachment on while doing hard floors so that the plastic drags on your floors scratching as you go along instead of smoothly gliding on the cloth! Didn’t you hear the scraping sounds and damaging your floors? Why would you think that part was for hard floor cleaning?

There’s no way your grout is causing that much discoloration 😂

You have to use the attachment for grout cleaning that why they have different attachments like for steaming your window blinds

In the future give a honest opinion after a several tests. And it's not a general mop. Also you did not read the manual. If you did you would use the right tool head.

And yes your floor is that dirty and your grout.

Very bad analysis so you review is invalid.

The water will last longer if you set the dial to 50% instead of full on

There is a grout attachment you coulda used so you didn’t have to go over those spots as much.

You should have done the Floors without the CARPET GLIDER. Like it is stated on the manual. That is why it took you that long, also you need many more pads to do it better by changing the pad often

Do you have an updated review now that you know the guard is supposed to come off?
