On the order it says "90% and up". We don't know what it means. If it is a statement regarding rated, checked capacity, you got exactly, what you paid for. 4400 mAh is over 90% of original 4800mAh.

I have purchased twin from them. Both times there were issues. I have purchased those exact same cells from my supplier in china. I bought 2000 of them. For those cell you have to make sure haye are the 15A versions. There are 10A ones that are a lower grade. Mine have all tested within 40-60 mah of 4800.

What Amp rate did you run the capacity test? I'm sure it was well within specs, just curious.
