We are currently using synapse and following is my observation:
1. I can see scaling issues while using Spark Streaming
2. We have less/no control for tuning spark clusters(pools)
3. Support is not responding on time.
4. other than I can see its one platform which can be used by Data Engineers, Analyst and Data scientist
5. I like pools concept more which we can use to split load on system, in our case we created separate high configuration pool for only one pipeline which has huge data
6. Also we can create Pipeline to Submit Spark Job, using spark activity.

For job opportunities wise how is the US market for Azure Data engineering just want to know moving to the US in the coming January.
which one do you prefer either AWS or Azure I have 10 years of DBA experience transitioning my profile data engineer bit confused about the opportunites.
