Ex-felons should be subjected to warrant-less search. Obviously nobody is capable of removing those guns from criminals. There should be at least an effective screening for anyone entering hospitals to protect helpless patients and staff.

Everyone knows guns are not allowed in hospitals. It was not a communication issue.
