I noticed that he's a really good flanking legend. I had a game where I just hung back and followed from the side, and every single fight, I engaged from behind ganked at least one enemy. Maybe if they lowered his footstep volume, he'd be a really good assassin legend like theyre going for.

Like the sound of the ULT changes but not sure abut removing the silence and adding jump, we've already got legends that can jump or leap; Octane, Vantage, Horizon, Pathfinder. His silence was unique to him before Seer changes
