People tend to forget Revenant's character, passing it off as "oh, another crazy murderous robot man, what an edge lord!"

Revenant has died countless times. He has seen what happens after dying, only to wake up from the nothingness and live in another one of these shells he's required to call a body. Not only that, but he takes pleasure in killing, and he's spent over 500 years doing exactly that, because it's the only thing he can still feel.

There's nothing more terrifying than a man who has nothing to lose, and Revenant is exactly that.
