Your title caught my eye, so I watched the first few minutes. As soon as I heard Plan D, I knew I was covered. I did continue watching for a few more minutes to see if you would mention TRICARE. You did! Then I heard a couple of the price horror stories. At that point, I quit watching this video.
I want to remind people that you never know when you will need a prescription for a sudden illness. My PCM recently found a blockage in my left ear. It turned out to be a compact mass of ear wax. She prescribed a medicine to fight infection and any water inside my ears. In a couple of weeks, she will check on it to see if I need to see an ENT specialist.

I have 2 expensive medications for pulmonary hypertension. There isn’t a drug plan that has both on there. One company has one of them and another company has the other one. I was told the cap only applies to drugs covered by the plan. My husband retires in a couple of months and don’t know what to do.

Do I need a drug plan, if I'm with Kaiser? Can I have a drug plan in addition to Kaiser? Help with drugs not covered by Kaiser? Just turning 65, now on Medicare A and B

Hi, Billy from NYC. High deductible Plan G medigap options are available where I live. It seems like a great compromise to me, getting the great Plan G for about $60 month with a reasonable $2800 deductible, and it includes Part B deductible.. what are your thoughts. Thank you for this amazing program..

Denials happen all the time on Advantage plans. I get denied all the time and then all of a sudden they pay. This is very upsetting to me.

If you’re in the Postal Service you will need a Medicare part D plan if you want drug coverage with FEHB. It’s part of the new changes. I think the FEHB plans are now offering their own part B plans.

I’m retired and my wife will still work for 10 years longer. Has good insurance through her employer, state of Missouri. I turn 65 on Aug 13th. If I understand correctly you are saying to stay on her plan. Then I guess that means to not take any supplemental plan or prescription plan??? Dave from Missouri

My question I have private health insurance thru my previous employer that I retired from. I will be 65 this November. As you know, my private insurance will be my secondary coverage picking up anything not covered by Medicare. I know Medicare is on the chopping block with the new administration. Will they force me to take Medicare Advantage over traditional Medicare? My private insurance is not compatible to Medicare Advantage, which my former employer informed me. I hate to lose my private insurance coverage.
