High-level talks between China and the United States that began with an acrimonious public exchange, have wrapped up in Alaska without any significant breakthrough.
Both sides describe their meeting as constructive, but admit they remain at odds over many issues.

I think both nations have shortcomings and their own unique strengths, they need to not focus on any particular issue, but exchange frankly and listen to each other.
