Also just a tip cause I see you mostly had wings…375 for like 10-12 minutes would give you really crispy skin. And if you brime the chicken for a few hours it won’t get dry. Your temp is too low for the chicken cuts you have. That temp is best for cutlets and tenders. After frying you can also add them to a 175 to 200 degree Fahrenheit oven to maintain temp and crispy texture.
