So, not only did it turn out that some people will lose their plan, but eventually EVERYONE will lose their plan and be left with the government running their healthcare.

I'm a member of IATSE Local #1, the Stagehands Union in NYC. We have a completely separate office that deals with "Pension and Welfare" both the Employers and the Employees pay into our welfare fund. That office, NOT the Employers deal with our medical insurance. Because of the type of business it is, a person could end up with 10 W-2'S and 6 - 1099's when they do their taxes. Because of developing Epilepsy about 15 years ago, I'm out on full Social Security + my full Pension. AETNA Medicare PPO through Social Security, and AETNA Medicare supplemental through my Union's benefit office. AETNA Medicare PPO pays the primary charge, AETNA Medicare supplemental pays my co-pays, including for my medications. There is money deducted from both my Social Security and my Pension to cover it. It IS possible to have great medical insurance. We, as Citizens of the United States need to get Corporate money the ##@# out of our Government. WE elect them and THEY own them, that has to stop.
