What the government should do is to be creative by implementing car electric engines since there’s cars People love there own cars you go to the mechanic remove engine and but electric ones offered by government you know lather than buying new car just buy electric engine

Expand road network and make it for humans and not vehicles. A new capital for Govt, Judiciary, legislative, Depts etc would be neat and futuristic. Forget this old Nairobi

What is the car's distance range? Are sure it can reach Kericho with a single charge? Didn't KK say they will not take any loan?
Let's go the hydrogen way. Hydrogen is cheap and might easily accessible to many Kenyans.
