- Fried saddle of lamb with mini artichokes, young garlic and tomatoes
- Braised belly of lamb with garam masala and falafel
- Lamb sweetbreads, liver and tongue with parsley purée and white pepper sauce

Bei allem Respekt, ich werde schon beim zusehen müde...Gerne würde ich mit den Kollegen in meinem Restaurant 100 à la carte Speisen auf höchsten Niveau schicken wollen...=) Mit kochen hat das für mich persönlich nicht mehr viel zu tun...
