#13. “making any insulting statement about someone else’s religion or ethnicity is against the law and is punishable as a hate crime.” FALSE! It’s called freedom of speech! There is no such thing as hate speech crimes in the United States. Look it up if you don’t believe me.

#13 nonono you can be racist it is just discouraged. It is illegal to ban people of a specific religion, race, gender, etc. from jobs, goods, and services.
