Great vid!
Maybe you should do a video on how gaming and social media both have pretty similar and predatory mechanics, that ultimately appeal to the same things in people, since people often like to rant about how awful social media is, without realizing that gaming is exploiting their brains just as much. There's much more awareness for social media addiction than for gaming addiction.

I would like to share my progress during recent months...

After failing many classes again and realizing I am risking my life for basically false achivements, I decided to stop this. I deleted all my games and put game accounts into deletion progress. After the day I made my decision, I already started to focus on passing remaining classes at least and passed them with resceptable results. I think without that sacrifice, I would also fail them or pass them with lower grades which are bitter victories. I still live good consequences of those victories while same is not true for gaming achivements unless you try to profit from them.

I decided to try moderation after a while and it worked decently sometime. During this time period, I finished a book I did not read for months because of gaming, I blame my gaming addiction rather than school or something else here. I also decided to delete my game accounts. I already study regularly my classes and focus on my work for project team. Still, I realized gaming started to take control of my life once again, slowly and gradually. For example, today I just played games and did not do anything significant else. I feared that I am preparing my bad days with my own hands again. So, with experience from moderation and willpower, I will seriously try cold turkey this time.

Hopefully all will go well this time and I will pass my classes this semester alongside other goals

Thanks for this upload. I am recovering from a gambling addiction, and I find the parallels between the two addictions amazing. I originally signed up to your site to ensure that I don't have transfer addiction issues from one bad habit into another. Not only does your site help me from being complacent, but it also helps strengthen my resolve in staying away from gambling. 185 days bet free now, taking it one day at a time and making the commitment every morning to continue on. You should make some vlogs about your life. I think it would be inspirational to see how far you've come now since you quitted games. Also, I am struggling with this addiction and other ones which hopefully I can overcome soon.
