Buster’s purring during this video made my day!

My daughter had covid in May, fully symptomatic, badly symptomatic, and didn’t test positive for almost 6 weeks. And only then she tested positive after a blood test, and the swab tests were still coming back negative taken at the same time as the blood. The doctors couldn’t give us any explanation on why. I hope you feel better soon!

Hello from Savannah, GA! Just found your channel, and I have to agree with you about the cutesy stuff. Never has been my style, and it does have a way of cropping up everywhere in needlework this time of year. I like samplers and all things Victorian, but that's because I enjoy history, especially Georgia history, it's influenced my aesthetic. So many fascinating social morees of that time, manners, customs, etc...how The War Between the States turned us into a mourning society, death everywhere, all the ladies in black. So many, especially women, wound up in the State Asylum in Milledgeville, could talk about that era for hours.

I'm always on the lookout for anything with an Old World feel to it. I want to get that Among the Roses by Mojo Designs that's exactly what I'm drawn to, it looks like came right out of a Victorian parlor. Love the portraits behind you, they look to be about 1840s or 50s. Anyhoo, just wanted to say hello, happy stitching!

I hope you feel better soon Emily. My husband and I both had Covid together which was so fun 1 August and it takes a while to get over it Even after your symptoms are gone.
