Great progress Elaine. I was going to ask about where you got your stickers from so I'm glad you mentioned it. I'm looking forward to the stitch day. I hope you're feeling well soon and have a great trip away.

You've outdone yourself with Cheese Delivery and over 5, 000 stitches! That's amazing! I hope you have a great (and safe) trip to the U.S. and I hope you feel better before you go. Love Mad Morti & David too! They always make me laugh! I will have to check out the shout outs you mentioned that I'm not currently watching. Take care!

You are the boss of your own cross stitch! Do what makes you happy 😊. Love your book recommendations, although I don’t read crime myself my husband does and I have now got a list of books he’d probably enjoy from you! Have you read Jodi Picoult ‘Wish You Were Here’. - I loved it

Woo! Thank you for such an amazing shout out 🥰 love the pieces you’re working on - and David has fallen in love with the Chris Dunn pieces and eyeing another one of his pictures 🤣 oh dear….

Those needleminders you got are fab and I can see them joining my collection - funnily enough, I also got one of Agnes’ latest bats… 😁 just waiting for it to turn up now

I replied to your comment on our last video, but will say it here too - hopefully I will see you at an Essex retreat in the future cos Mum and my sister are in Braintree ( we used to live in Leyton) and I’ll be visiting them at some point…

Hope you'll be feeling better soon and definitely before your trip to USA. I'm envious. You have done a fantastic amount of stitching this month Elaine, 5, 000+ on Cheese Delivery, I take my hat off to you as you know I gave up twice on it 🤨. Don't think it would matter much regarding the tent stitch issue. Perhaps you could turn it upside down? Have a wonderful time away. Stay safe🤗x

Hi Elaine! So sorry you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. Glad you had a good time at your stitchy meet up. You are steadily getting progress on The Feast. I enjoy looking at your Book of Days. I actually decided that I am going to keep a stitching journal next year thanks to you and some other floss tubers. I am not sure that I will use stickers unless I find some free ones or really inexpensive ones somewhere as my stitching budget is such that I mostly am stitching from stash and not able to buy much still. I did buy a snap tray and it has really come in handy and was quite inexpensive but is a great way to keep my scissors, current loose thread I am working with, threader if needed, and markers. Love the background colors in Raspberry Dragon. I enjoy watching the progress on both your and Darren's dragons. I was finally able to join on of his Zooms last night. It was so fun. Will probably be the last one unless I can join on of the UK ones. WOW! What amazing progress on Cheese Delivery. The moment you held it up I literally said Wow, what amazing progress and so beautiful. I love the wording font on this piece and all the detail! What size will it be when finished? Those words on Morris Dancer are so tiny. I haven't done over 1 stitching much but cannot imagine doing it on such a small count fabric. Seems like it would be very time consuming and definitely would not want to make a mistake on it. I tried 1/1 on 32 count and promptly decided it was too small. I couldn't even see the stitches to frog them out of the piece of fabric. Love the flower border on Louisa Barny. Such great progress on the flowers and well worth the effort. The border is going to be fabulous all by itself. I agree with you that it is just as pretty as it would be with the silks in my mind. Your progress on Maria is fabulous!!! Stitching 1/1 on 40 count sounds insane. I love the border on that piece as well. Greta is very pretty. Cute needle minders! The 2 special needle minders are works of art. I got great news at the doctor's office so I don't have to do therapy and can just do the back exercises I already have, can gradually start lifting more, and can go back to having my grandson overnight in a couple of weeks! I have about 50% loss of disk height, so here I am shorter again. This is my second disk that has 50% or more loss of height. The first one happened 38 years ago this winter while I was trying to go to work after an ice storm and I did a banana peel slip and landed on my back. That one was T11 and now L1. Better not fracture T12 as I may not get so lucky with not having surgery. I hope you have a blast on your trip to Salem and the rest of the US. Sorry for the book again. You have too many beautiful projects for me to keep my comments short. I sure hope I can catch you in a Zoom sometime as I think it would be phenomenal to chat with you. Happy stitching!
