The Tribunal represent the dream of civilization, the hope for better days and the basic human (elven?) desire for Godhood and transcendence. In the end none of it amounted to anything. Almelexia, Sotha Sil and Vivec were defeated and passed into history. But for a Millennia they led the Dunmer to heights undreamed of by their ancestors. This music perfectly encapsulates their ambition, their romanticism and the ultimate failure of their dream.

Also I like how you bring back this leitmotif in Fire and Blood.
