For such beautiful pencils, why have you chosen to place them in student budget trays? The trays are so flimsy and the pencils are slip out, they are not protected or respected in those trays. Please improve your storage system!! And no, doubling the cost for a wooden box is not a good solution for all your customers ❤️🙌 hope this feedback helps and the packaging is eventually improved!!
