I don't even weld and I stop what I am doing to watch your videos when they come out. Some may disagree but I think it is an underappreciated talent and art. 👍

I was a welder for 60 yrs. But all I really ever wanted to do was jump out of an airplane.... then I got my chance. We were up at about 6000 ft. I was just about to jump and my instructor said...WAIT!! YOU NEED A PARACHUTE!! I said nope nope nope nope.... I brought welding cables... I KNOW they'll get caught on something on the way down....

While the women have their soap opera nights I have my weld.com nights, keep the vids coming. I always get excited whenever I get a notification about a new video

You make that look so easy Bob, I admire people who can weld like that, I wouldn't have the patience with it ! 👍

Wonderful video! Thank you for having a video with a welding lense so the viewer can actual see the weld being made! I do not understand why there is a video without the welding lense.

It's a very difficult task. Compared to that, you're working too easily. That's amazing.👍

Love it!! I must be simple minded. Smells like always cracks me up. Great welding lessons for me and my 13 year old grandson.

Great video and it helps being able to see the end of the stick position relative to the pipe and weld pool as you move up and around welding. Cheers from England young man!

Well, the sch 80 pipe is certainly heavy enough to take some extra heat 👍

Bob,
I know this is unrelated to this particular video but I'm getting ready to purchase my first mig welder and was curious what your thought are on the Everlast power i-mig 200. It will be mostly for hobby work around the house possibly some aluminum once I get a spool gun and argon bottle and nothing over 1/4" thick.
Your comments are appreciated.
Thanks

How allowable is it to grind/shape beads like the fill like you did? When I went to school they made it sound like it was never allowed. Like if you got something a tad off, you were stuck with it
