We had set off to go get hot chocolate from angeline's and ended up walking something like 20 or 30 blocks in the wrong direction before my mom realized the issue and then we had to turn around and walk 20 or 30 more blocks to get to the cafe. It was the best cup of hot chocolate I've ever had

1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 12-oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips (ghirardelli if you're fancy, nestle if you're not), melt it together, slowly add 2 cups of heavy cream, then 6 cups of whole milk, finish with a splash of good vanilla and a pinch of salt. I drink it as is, my boyfriend dilutes it 1 part cocoa to 1 part warm milk cause it's RICH.

Hi Josh! I have watched you for a long time. You are awesome! Perhaps I overlooked it, but I have not seen a video of an ergonomic or practical kitchen layout instructional type video. For instance, if someone could design their own kitchen or do a kitchen reno or simply reorganize their kitchen ..what would be the best kitchen flow, like where you would choose to put the sink, fridge, etc and /or where to set up the different stations while cooking. I'd recommend trying 'Ceremonial cocao', bitter but it's amazing for pure cocao experirence, sweeten with coconut blossom. I use a velvetiser to make it.
