I understand what this man is saying but gender isn't the same as sex. The biological part is sex not gender. gender is your perception of it.

He acknowledged and accepts the reality that we're living in today, that people nowadays can identify as multiple genders. But he also acknowledges and accepts the reality of science and biology. That at the end of the day no matter what people say, there are only two genders. And NOTHING will ever change that FACT.

Technically you can also be a hermaphrodite. Although they are super rare, they have different chromosome groupings than biological male and females. I don't know if an archeologist can spot a hermaphrodite by just looking at a skeleton, but I'm sure there is an episode where Temperance Bones does exactly this.
