Enforcer, the third installment in the Dirty Harry film series, is an American neo-noir action thriller released in 1976. Clint Eastwood plays Inspector "Dirty" Harry Callahan, Tyne Daly plays Inspector Kate Moore, and DeVeren Bookwalter plays gangster Bobby Maxwell in this James Fargo-directed film. Additionally, it was the final movie in the series, in which John Mitchum played Inspector Frank DiGiorgio.
The movie stands out for having more hilarious banter than any previous Dirty Harry installment and for giving protagonist Callahan a more developed companion.

Clint Eastwood was born to play Dirty Harry. He was as hardcore as you could get. Without blinking an eye. Also very good looking in the 60's and 70's. A strong, lean and more action than talk kinda guy. Thank you Clint for the great movies through the years. 😊

Albert Popwell played different roles in the Dirty harry movies, albeit they were very short. The longest role was a Pimp he played when he was then killed by the rogue cop, he then played the bank robber that Clint shot and injured outside the bank, he played a fellow cop named Horrace in Sudden impact, and of course he played the gangster in this role shown here. He died in 1999 from complications from Heart Surgery.
