I feel like she got Botox overtime & she is just saying the tape helped. 🤷 That's just my opinion though

Dr I'm a 40 year old Asian male. I had my first frown like a few years ago on my forehead. It happened overnight and I was frightened. The frown line caused a dimple on my forehead if I opened my eyes widely. It was so bad I considered Botox. Therefore I put retin a cream along with ponds lotion and taped my forehead when I went to sleep. 2 years later my frown line is literally gone. I think some things may work for people and some things won't. Those who tape foreheads have seen results. That's why we still do it. It worked like a miracle for me. God bless.

Dr. Youn: It reminds you not to raise your eyebrows.
This girl: Lemme see how many times I can raise my eyebrows over the course of this video.

I have started wearing Frownies and then I stopped for a few days. I started seeing my lines again. It's true, certain tapes really train your muscles along with a conscience effort: The difference for me is massive. I'm wearing my Frownies again tonight.

I think I'd rather have wrinkles because I use my eyebrows and eyes for most of my emotional communicationlmao

Dr. Youn, I'm 64 and love your whole channel. I think so much 'damage' does occur when we sleep, that limiting the parts you squash for hours during sleep, helps. If started young, sleeping in healthy positions, avoiding excessive chemical damage, and using good natural products, (like yours!) can reduce the need for tape, lol. I just wish I'd noticed this at 25, instead of 45! Genes help a whole lot, too. You young people will live much longer and look better doing it! Keep making such great content, I share you a lot! Thankyou! 👍💖🥰✌

I use a cosmetic type of tape on my 11's and forehead every night. It does soften lines over time. It stops you from using those muscles in your face at night. Believe me, it works.

Wait. In another video, I believe the doctor stated the silicone on the forehead does help, and also mentioned using scotch tape…

I feel like I saw you do a video about how botox takes effect over the course of a week and it looked just like this lady's tape experiment 🤔

It reduces my “11” lines, between my eyebrows. Yes it does, it really does.

Well, if by not creating the wrinkles by not lifting your forehead muscles - which is what causes/deepens the wrinkles - I’d say it DOES work! 🙌🏼

Noice so anything keeping you from raising your eyebrows so high while sleeping works. Tightens sleep mask 🥰

I decided not to obsess with getting older and looking older. It’s inevitable and if a man tells me that I need to get procedures done on my face to look beautiful… no thank you! We need to normalize wrinkles, stretch marks, size, and etc. We’re not Barbies.

I can imagine some people wrapping themselves in lots of tape before going to sleep 😂😂

Yes it just reminds you not to move and does seal in moisture especially the silicone ones. Can we also take note she barely 20 lol.

Hmm, I think it actually CAN help. I used to have "crow feet" but not because of ageing but from sleeping xD... I couldn't control the way I slept and my skin folded when I was laying on the pillow but when I started putting tapes on these areas it blocked my skin from folding and it worked 🤷‍♀️ no more crow feet 🤩

I have another solution: start pulling back your ears instead of only lifting your eyebrows
I say, this works for me
