Before COVID the average hospital in Ontario was at 115% capacity; by the governments own numbers. Blaming COVID for a poorly managed system that is inefficient is really disingenuous of you.

The healthcare system was already in freefall for decade. The country squandered its wealth on gaining more wealth. A healthy population is the wealth of the country not the reverse. This will only excelerate the mass exodus to places like Texas in the U.S, , that has been regularly poaching Canadian nurses. Although right now because of the pandemic its created a worldwide problem, retaining and compensating nurses & doctors is the only way. Modernisation of hospital practices to streamline work flow would also be beneficial. 0_o

Might as well let in a couple more million people while continuing to slash hospital budgets. I wonder why the system is over capacity?🤫

0:34 "evidence"? What "evidence"? For over two and a half years, I have yet to see any "evidence" at all.

The real question should Ontario hospitals handle an aging population and the onset of metabolic diseases from processed foods???

"it's not pretty in the hospitals right now". I MEAN SERIOUSLY.. You likely don't even have one FIFTH of the capacity from highest peak. And you claim it's "not pretty"..
I am getting really tired of these inflated numbers and doom speeches. I can fully respect when it truly is pressure. But I am losing respect for some healthcare workers when they CONSTANTLY pretend that "oh we have to do our job and it's the WORST ever at ALL times".. Don't do that. Save it for when it's actually bad.

Maybe not send $500 million+ in equipment and money to Ukraine and spend on hospitals? ? Not rocket science. If send money to Ukraine then don't complain about hospital.
