Anybody who has read the novels will vouch how godly Re Zero gets after season 2. This only shows parts of arc 5, and this season is adapting arcs 5 and 6 (many fans think arc 6 is a masterpiece and the best arc of re zero). If you're an anime only, enjoy, because this is when Re Zero becomes one of the most legendary shows in anime.

I just batched this whole thing, starting from season 1 and last eps of season 2 part 2.
I actually had already watched the first season a few years back, back then? I was so stupid i couldn't even catch the small little detail and nuances with each and every episode the whole anime carries within, now that I'm in a more mature whilst also having better perception and views around the whole entire past 4 arcs, I can pridefully say that THIS IS THE BEST ISEKAI of all times.
These guys been hyping it up saying "It's only getting better" And now all I'm left with is just excitement!

Re:Zero has helped shape my life.

When I watched season 1, by 2018, I was miserable in HS. Had nothing going on for myself. Subaru inspired me to change.

By 2020-2021, in the second season, I was the 4th best student in my senior year at HS, got into the best college in my state. Still inspired by Subaru.

By 2024, I'm a mid level software engineer working in AI. I can't tell if id have gotten this far without Re:Zero. This past 7 years have been insane. I'm forever thankful for the entire staff involved in ReZero.

after finishing arc 6 of the light novel i can say that re zero is just not a isekai but just a really good dark fantasy story with impeccable story and character writing.
