Man, there are a lot of crazy, exhausting, depressing and just dark wicked things on the internet today, but then there are channels like this, humble, simple and just fills your heart to see cowboy Ken teach you how to make dishes like your grandfather o grandmother used to do. Kens humor is so simple and innocent, you know this is the part of the internet were no one will hurt you.

Truly in my humble opinion this is my favorite cowboy Grill Master and though there are many out there like the BBQ Pit Boys and many others I really like Kent he's really original

I've loved cooking since I was 10 (23 now), worked as a head prep chef at 18 and went to culinary school at the same time but I swear, no one has made cooking as fun this man (except maybe Alton or Miss Child), especially not while being as humble. It's great to see someone who loves to cook so much and also wants to share it with the world. Thank you, Sir. I tip my hat to you and the Beag.

Made your ribs tonight. I have had my share of ribs in my 67 years and these are by far the BEST! Who said you can’t teach an old southerner something new. So tender they just pulled from the bone. Husband said the hardest thing was waiting the rest time. They are now the only way we will be cooking ribs. We had our own “happy dance!”

My grandma was born on Bank of that river in the mid 20s. I love how well Kent explains all the steps and he's fun to watch!!

I came across one of you guys videos a couple of nights back and I'm hooked! Those ribs made my mouth water all the way over here in NC. Plan on grabbing the cook book real soon.

As a Disabled Veteran, 15 years Coast Guard, thank you for the shout out. God Bless America!

What a great video! I love everything about it. Humble, peaceful, authentic old school cooking in the natural elements. Co-starring Cowboy Ken and the Beagle!

"Never go to a rib party without being properly equipped." Brother, that sounds like a chapter title in a follow-up book! Thank you for recognizing veterans. Semper Fi.

Thanks Kent & Shannon & "Beag", for some great cooking lessons, wonderful scenery shots, and out takes! I have been waiting for good weather, to try cooking baby backs, in my Dutch Oven. I loved your cooking method. Most people don't think to use the dutch oven, like your home oven. Thanks from Ga.
