Thanks for helping me reaffirm my choices. Turned 65 in april and started with a plan n with AFLAC @ 92.00/ mo. (In Tn.) After doing a bit more research on company and rate stability, i decided to swap to Allstate while still in my 6 mo. oep. Pay about 94.00/ mo (def. not a deal breaker, lol) but feel a lot better about the long run. Thanks for providing valuable info that seems hard to glean from most other sources! I'm subscribing!

I am 74 and have chosen Plan G through United Health Care. I live in Connecticut and pay 164. dollars/ month. Chose the plan through my pension plan. This is a wonderful plan. Before retirement, I had United Health Care POS, which was the insurance which payed for my long treatment through Stage 4 Lymphoma. Love United Health Care.

Oh, I’m delighted to see my chosen carrier on your list. Mutual of Omaha has been very good to me thru cancer treatments. Interesting that I pay THEM, but my insurance card has another company name. Thanks for explaining! Great video👍🏻

My 74 year old disabled husband and I (67) are w Allstate and since I switched over to his carrier we both get a 10% family discount.
My husband is on plan F and we’re a little nervous about an increase in his premium.
We live in a birthday rule state so we’re hoping if his premium gets too expensive that he can switch to plan G.
I’m on plan G and if necessary to compensate for his higher premium, that I could switch to plan N.
But I have to check w my therapist to see if my weekly therapy sessions would require a copay every session.
If so, it wouldn’t pay for me to go to an N.

Thank you for this information. It would be helpful to include the estimated monthly payments, past annual increases.

I am in PA, have Medico plan G, right now, $163/month. I also have a great broker. Waiting for the change letter from Medico to see if I have to look for another carrier.

I'm surprised the United Health Care didn't make your list. I've had excellent results with them.
