I needed to hear this. I am dealing with a racist HR Director and the owners of the company I work for allow her to do whatever she wants. Several Black women have left. I am trying my best to wait on God for a better opportunity. The waiting season can be tough but I pray that you all keep me in your prayers.

I should’ve watched this before I let my buttons get pushed by my husband last night . I put my hands on him after 4 years of his betrayal. I’m pregnant just exhausted by this marriage. I get offended a lot, and sometimes people say I'm too sensitive, but now I completely understand. My personality is there for a reason. I am not going to change just because somebody doesn't like who I am if that is who I am called to be.

Jerry I really need redefine TV to do a therapy Thursday on honoring your parents when either a you don't have a relationship with them or B they are toxic parents.

It is weighing on me and I think it would be a great subject

14:03 Wow! Yes! I have struggled with not liking my personality and a lot of times people looking down on me it made me not want to be happy, which made me depressed because I was trying to please people and it might sound silly to some but I really struggled with this. I know my current job is not where I should be and I recently heard God tell me to work with children and I actually saw a vision of me in this position. I've struggled so much with living by others definition of who they said I was, but I rebuke all of that and trusting God!
