Your core is your foundation. If it’s too weak it can cause a chain reaction and effect your quality of life in different ways. These are 5 common symptoms of a weak core, and 6 beginner, low impact, modified exercises you can do to strengthen your abdominal and core muscles. Perform 30 seconds for the timed exercises, and 10 to 15 reps for the other moves. Repeat 2 - 3 sets and 2 to 3 times per week. Hope this helps!

Brilliant TY, I’ve been to physio asking them to give me exercises to strengthen my core, instead they gave me leg stretches & strengthening exercises, but every issue you said, is what I have, so I’m adding these after my morning stretches.

After having a stroke I recovered except I couldn't stand more than a few minutes and I couldn't walk distances. Needless to say this has not improved over time. I'm going to start these exercises. I want to be able to take a walk again or go shopping with out having to find a seat every 5 minutes.

😃 I felt a difference right away....I continued thru the entire video doing one exercise per video....I watched the video over 6times doing each exercise. I hope that makes sense!

Thank you for sharing this, I have been suffering with a bad back for many years, now I have been sedentary for 4 months with a badly broken ankle and my legs have atrophied to the point that walking is very painful due to difference in leg length. I am going to start doing this starting today!
