Have faced the same error. Only because DB was in my hand, changing column's data type helped. Will be very helpful in future when the DB will be handled by other clients/vendors.

Hi Ankur, i have faced similar error.. but here my target is DB, and am getting date in string format as 5/15/2022 and target db is expecting in 2022-5-15 which is of dateTime datatype in DB, throwing an error saying string to dateTime conversion failed after trying this substring able to get the format of 2022-5-15 but still output is string format, how to change it to dateTime format again?
