Bringing to life Ep1: Kronks spinach puffs

Ah yes, one of Disney's most simple yet delicious appetizers to come onto the big screen. Kronk's spinach puffs are small yet satisfying and enough to keep your entire family asking for more.

Here's what you'll need
3 white pearl onions
3 cups of spinach (or two bags worth from your local walmart)
3 tbs of dill
1 shallot or onion of choice
Olive or Avocado oil
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese
4 oz shredded parmesan cheese (or as much as you prefer)
puff pastry packet
