Ash x scourge:Ashfur and scourge started as a crack ship (I believe that's the word) and then people who most likely haven't read the books saw it and thought it was cannon so they shipped it, after that it became a real ship in the fandom (I believe that's the story behind it)

Firestar x graystripe: It's a common joke that they are gay for each other and I think people who haven't read the books saw it and shipped it too but if it's grayfire or firetiger I'm going with grayfire
